Lemon Lavender White Chocolate


I shot this two weeks ago and I only just ate the last truffle tonight. I tried to hold off on eating all of them at once so I could better enjoy them one by one. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it's what I tend to do when I have nice things. This was a lot of fun to plan. I was really inspired by Rob Fiocca's recent work and the darker tones that are popular in LCBO's Food&Drink this season. 

I got these chocolates from Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut on Lakeshore Rd in Oakville. Seriously, they are to die for.
